Swing and a miss.

Friday 19 August

WW points eaten more than 22, minutes spend thinking about exercising 2, minutes spent exercising 0, hours hungry 23, hours spent hating eating healthy/WW 24, cigarettes still 0.

6:40 a.m.– Breakfast. Chocolate Chip Waffle with strawberries, yum! Bought high fiber waffles to counteract calories, so waffle on 1 point (!). Strawberries .5 points. Total breakfast 1.5 point (excellent work).

8:15 a.m.- Hungry. Regret not having glass of milk with breakfast. Or two waffles. Also regret forgetting flavored water (0 points). Also regret forgetting kiwi and peach (0 points).

9:00 a.m.– Eat two PB crackers for 1 point. Make fancy new fruity tea with “flavonoids”. Acai and bluberry flavonoids… Don’t know what flavonoids are. Little spheres of flavor? I dunno, drinking 108mg of them!

9:05 a.m.– LOVE new tea. HATE Splenda.

9:50 p.m.– 112mg more Flavonions. Red Goji and Raspberry. Sweet –n- Low better. Hope it’s 0 points, too.

10:20 a.m.– Notice black spot on wall under desk. A little spider. Don’t think about calculating how many points he is. Not really.

11:15 a.m.– Lunch of fish, leftover BJ’s Mushrooms (estimate 3 points) and squash from cafeteria. OMG. Squash is right next to yummy, gooey, moist bread pudding. Inner Poise takes over. Bypass bread pudding. Have to watch everyone else enjoy it. Sad. Total lunch 12 points.

2:00 p.m.– Not going to make it until supper. Ate Dark Chocolate Granola Thin…delicious, but alas, 2 points (and only 2 large bites, coincidentally).

4:30 p.m.– Eat juicy, sweet peach. 0 points.

5:30 p.m.– Eat 1 ½ pieces pizza and toppings off 1 ½ pieces. Crust not very good. Way more than the 5.5 points I had left. Blame husband, for he brought pizza into this house!

9:00 p.m.– Steal 5 pieces of sausage of Riley’s pizza (he’s done anyway) and eat 1/3 banana (Riley is going to waste it). Eat salad “snack” 1 point.

11:30 p.m.– Go to bed feeling like fat cow.

  1. That is a HUGE cow. Maybe it is pregnant with like 4 baby cows?? Since I don’t know all of the new weight watcher rules (ALL fruit and veggies are free now, but some stuff is more than 50cal=1point) I use myfitnesspal.com it is easy for me because there is an app for my phone, you would have to just get online alot, but it is really good. I can tell you more if you are interested. It helps you eat healthy instead of just stay under on calories by telling you how much protien, fat, sugar, yatta yatta you need.
