136 lbs, WW points: stopped counting, miles run 1.5, pieces of fruit bought 40ish (if you count each strawberry), times almost passed out 0 (much better).
6:30 a.m. – Decide to stop WW and start exercising. Blog to be TwoWeekTrial of exercising every day. (Insert Wayne’s World “shhhyea, right”.)
7:35 a.m. – Have half a Sprite to celebrate (would otherwise have been frivolous points).
11:45 a.m. – Eat properly proportioned meal, including new weird mac and cheese made of cauliflower noodles (yup, leftovers.) The eat half meat pie. Wish for Brookies.
3:20 p.m. – Snack of watermelon. (Good job, me!) Left from previous days’ WW snack ideas.
5:20 p.m. – Put running shoes on. Walk outside. 103 degrees. Walk back inside. Put Cars on for kid. Get on treadmill.
5:22 p.m. – Riley has to pee.
5:24 p.m. – Back on treadmill.
5:27 p.m. – Phone rings. Brother-in-law telling me he didn’t mean to call me earlier.
5:30 p.m. – Back on treadmill.
5:35 p.m. – Riley has to poop.
5:37 p.m. – False alarm. Back on treadmill.
5:45 p.m. – Riley brings me Vitamin water. What a sweet boy. Oh, he wants it for himself. Pour water into a cup.
5:57 p.m. – Back on treadmill. Finish 1.5 miles. Shower. Start non-WW friendly supper. Eat two bites leftover birthday cake.
8:30 p.m. – Lose at Words With Friends. 😦 Start new game. 🙂
